ENGINE DYNO TESTING - Our engine dynamometer is a device used to test an engine that has been removed from a vehicle, generator, or any other piece of equipment powered by an internal combustion engine. The purpose is to confirm performance before the engine is installed back in the equipment. Engine dynamometers can help facilities troubleshoot by determining when an engine is overheating, or by identifying intermittent performance and sensor issues. We also verify the quality of builds, rebuilds, or repairs in a controlled environment before engines are put into use. We have a fully equipped workshop in Harare were repairs for engines, transmissions, axles and final drives are carried out. All transmissions and engines repaired are dyno tested. Our dyno can test engines ranging from 20hp to 1000hp. All components repaired come with 1000 hours' warranty.

ENGINE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE EXCHANGE - We have the right equipment for overhauling and repairing your engines and components. In our modern engine outfitting plant we carry out all necessary work for medium and heavy duty engines for our customers.
For engines, this includes the careful measurement, crack testing and alignment work for all critical engine components. Overhauling components such as injection pumps, turbochargers, cylinder heads and engine blocks are just some of our specialities.
Our team includes technicians who know the process inside and out. Each of our technicians is able to provide outstanding service, and they offer keen eyes that can quickly identify emerging areas of trouble.

Ensuring your axles are in good shape can be critical to the safety of your vehicle. That’s why it’s so important to visit our workshop to make sure your axles are well maintained and inspected on a regular basis.
